GPSC Examination Procedure:

Candidate needs to first appear in the Preliminary Examination consist of two papers that are objective type. Then after clearing the preliminary exam, the candidate will face the main exam of five papers containing 200 marks each that are subjective type.

Finally, a candidate will call for Personality test or say personal interview of 100 marks after clearing the main exam successfully. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in Main exam plus interview together. These Exams are conducted for GPSC OJAS Jobs & Recruitments.

Eligibility Criteria for GPSC Exams:

Having Degree/Graduation in any discipline from recognized University can apply for these Exams. Even the candidate who is going for final year exams is also eligible for the GPSC exam. Because as we know these exams are for GPSC Recruitments for various departments.

A number of Attempts and Age Limit:

The age limit for the candidate to apply for GPSC exams is from 21 – 28 years. However, there is relaxation for 5 years in age for SC and ST category candidates. Same way, for OBC category candidates 3 years relaxation is there. Also for women’s in reserved quota, it is 10 years and for General Women’s it is 5 years.

There are no rules for the number of attempts. One can give any number of times exam till one eligible for the exam.

About Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force:

Indo Tibetan Border Police Force is generally known as ITBP. This police force was mainly established with the purpose of Indo China border. On 24th October 1962, it was formed. Currently, it is covering about 3488 km of area. The main focus of ITBP is from Karakoram Pass in Ladakh to Jachep La in Arunachal Pradesh.

It is a multi-dimensional force. It is basically a mountain trained Force where most of the officers & men are well-trained Mountaineers and Skiers. May be you are surprised knowing that these men and officers have scaled more than 140 Himalayan peaks together with Mount Everest Four times.

In some of the sensitive areas of borders, ITBP battalions are arranged for CI OPS / IS / VIP security duties. For these duties, they are recruiting soldiers via Indo – Tibetan Border Police Force Recruitment Procedure.

Our brave soldiers face many difficulties in such areas on duty. They often face high-speed storms, snow storms, flood, and landslides. These areas are very high to the sea level and extreme cold. Sometimes the temperature goes to minus 40 degree Celsius. We must be very proud of our force and soldiers who give their best without doing care of them. Now let’s take a look at the operational and organizational structure of ITBP.

The organizational structure of ITBP:

From 1962 till 1983, It was headed by Inspectors General of Police (IGs). These IGs are drawn from the IPS. After 1983, ITBP head to Director General (DG). Currently, ITBP has 16 DG/IGs and over 40 DIGs. Head office of ITBP is situated in New Delhi, India.

The union home minister is responsible for IPBP operations. We can say that Central Armed Police Forces is the parent agency of ITBP. Name of the current Director General of ITBP is Krishna Chaudhary.

There are more than 77,000 active employees in ITBP currently. The only motto of IPBP is Valour, Determination, and devotion to duty. For this motto, they are recruiting best soldiers through ITBP Jobs.

Duties performed by ITBP:

  • The very first and important duty of ITBP is to maintain the peace.

UPSC Examination Pattern:

There are two phases of UPSC examinations consist of the preliminary round followed by the mains. The Preliminary exam consists of the objective type of questions which test a candidate on two papers, General Studies, and Aptitude. Civil Services Mains examination being a subjective paper assesses a candidate through nine papers and an interview.

The entire process for UPSC exam from the notification of the Preliminary examination test dates to the declaration of the UPSC results takes almost a year. Based on this Examination process all the eligible candidates can apply for UPSC Recruitments and jobs.

Eligibility, Age Limit and Number of attempts:

Candidates must be graduates or above. Also, the candidates who are about to appear for their final graduation exams are also eligible to appear for this examination.

For open category candidates, the maximum number of attempts permitted is six. OBC candidates have nine attempts permitted. There is no limit on the number of attempts for SC, ST candidates.

If we talk about the age limit then the minimum age limit for candidates is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years. However, the upper age limit is further relaxed by 5 years and 3 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC categories respectively. All these criteria are for UPSC Recruitments and for Vacancies in different departments.

Modi government has already launched its Ambitious Mega Healthcare Scheme named as Ayushman Bharat Prime Minister Jan Swasthya Yojana. The name of ‘Modi Care‘ was given on the name of ‘Obama Care’. Under this scheme, Cashless Health Insurance up to Rs 5 lakhs will be provided to 10 crore poor families of the country. We can say around 500 million people will get benefit of this scheme. In that campaign they have collected current mobile number & ration card number of the people. People who want to know that they are eligible for PMJSY Scheme can check their eligibility through mera.pmjay.gov.in official website or they can call on helpline number 14555. Through this you can find that you are eligible for the PMJSY scheme or not.

How to Check Your Eligibility for PMJSY Scheme?

  • First go to the following link address – https://mera.pmjay.gov.in/search/login
  • Then enter your current mobile number & captcha code display on the screen.
  • Then press generate OTP button & you will receive OTP num via SMS on your provided Mobile number. Applied this OTP & click on OTP Verify button.
  • After mobile number verification on following page you can search you eligibility through applying your mobile number or other available details.

Three Ways to Find Eligibility for PMJSY Scheme

1). Mobile Number / Ration Card Number:

Who Can Apply for the PMJSY Scheme?
